If you cancel your hosting acccount for any reason and request a refund, prior to 30 days from the day you signed up for hosting, we will gladly refund all of your money. However, if your account is suspended or terminated by KatAlley.com prior to your request for a refund, no refund will be issued. Refund requests after 30 days will be refunded on a prorated basis of any whole unused months.
